Deliveries – Australia

  • We deliver parcels by Australia Post.  Packages can be tracked on the Australia Post website using the tracking number that you will be provided with in the email that confirms that your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times: Australia wide (including capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas): 4-7 Business Days; and Regional Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory: 7-10 Business Days.
  • We aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 2 business days following payment.
  • In the unlikely event that an item of stock is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified accordingly.
  • If nobody is available to receive the parcel, it will be delivered to your local post office & you will be notified by Australia Post that you can collect it from there during business hours.

Deliveries - International

  • International orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail . If you require a quote for shipping for an order outside Australia, please email us.
  • Depending on your location and your Countries Customs requirements, your parcel should arrive within 15-25 working days.
  • We are not responsible for any additional taxes that might be incurred by your country.
  • Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
  • Due to customs regulations, we are only able to ship to a select number of overseas locations.
  • Please note that some items are not able to be shipped overseas due to their fragile nature.

Pickup from Spellbound Magical Gifts in Gawler

  • Pickup from our store must be collected within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • If your order is not collected within 7 days, and we have not heard from you to make alternative arrangements, we reserve the right to allocate those goods to another customer and refund the order amount paid to you.
  • Receipt of purchase must be shown when collecting items.

Returns for damaged or faulty items

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you will need to email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • To ensure that returns are dealt with efficiently, please send a photo of the faulty item, we will also require your name, invoice date and number along with details of fault or damage.
  • We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods and do not accept returns if it is only the packaging that is damaged.
  • We make every effort to ensure your parcel arrives in good order and good time, however we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your order during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
  • When we are in receipt of the returned item, we will process an exchange or refund (minus shipping costs) within 2 days.
